2007 Festival - Donations

The holiday season is fast approaching and we are ready to celebrate. We would like to invite your company, business, group or organization to participate in this year’s Festival of Holiday Trees for Our Troops! We are seeking local businesses to make a donation of a product or gift card to be used to meet the needs of several families in the Southern Indiana and Louisville area. It’s the perfect opportunity for your company to give back to our local community this holiday season.


All the excitement will take place at Newlin Hall, located at the Floyd County Fairgrounds on Green Valley Road in New Albany, Indiana. The 2nd annual Festival is scheduled for November 17th & 18th. The event is free to the public. They can make a donation at the door of a needed supply for Our Troops or cash. The supplies will go to benefit local Troops from our area. The cash donations, along with any product or gift card you may choose to donate will help Our Troops and their families during the Holiday Season. At our closing ceremony, the Holiday Trees will be given to local Kentuckiana families or organizations in our community that otherwise would be doing without a tree this Holiday season. We will also have local schools’ choirs or bands, singers or musicians, dancers and other live entertainment throughout the Festival. This is an event that the whole family will be able to enjoy.


For making any type of donation, your company will receive recognition around the Southern Indiana/Greater Louisville area.

• Your company will be listed in our Programs that will be given to the public as they enter the Festival.
• Your company will be listed on the Festival website,  as a Donation Sponsor.
